RecvData is a String property representing data read from the peer connection and passed to command handlers in the TIdCmdTCPClient. 

RecvData is updated during execution of the listening thread (in the protected Run method) using values read from the Client on its IOHandler. The TIdContext for the listening thread and RecvData are passed to the command handlers in the Client for subsequent execution.
