Description

IP_WATCH_INTERVAL is the default value for the TIdIPWatch.WatchInterval property. IP_WATCH_INTERVAL is used in the class definition and the constructor to prevent problems with Delphi's form streaming mechanism. 

Changing the value of IP_WATCH_INTERVAL will change the default value for that property.
