Description

EIdCmdTCPClientConnectError is an EIdCmdTCPClientError descendant that represents the exception raised when TIdCmdTCPClient cannot connect to the remote host or create the listener thread for the client. EIdCmdTCPClientConnectError normally contains a message represented by the constant RSNoCreateListeningThread.
